There’s a lot of complexity in life, but at McLane Church, we like to keep things simple.
We hope you’ll experience that simple yet warm and friendly atmosphere whenever you walk into any of our three locations. Our worship sites in Edinboro, Erie, and Union City are quite different from each other in some ways. But every weekend at every site, we strive for authentic and current style of music, relevant and challenging teaching, all in a casual context where it is easy to be and to find a friend. And don’t forget the food, which is complementary and accompanies every weekend service.
As you arrive
When you get to McLane Church, plan on seeing a bunch of people who are excited that you are here! From the volunteers helping you find a parking space to the folks greeting you at the front door, to our food service team, children’s ministry helpers, and ushers, we are all here to help you feel safe and glad to be at church. If you have a question, just ask anyone wearing a lanyard…they are ready to help.
What to expect
Walking through the doors at McLane Church always brings with it an aroma that something’s cooking! So if want a bite to eat before the service, try to come 15-30 minutes early, especially Sunday morning. From there you can let your children the fun they’ll experience in PowerZone (infant through Grade 5) when you check them in. Next, you’ll want to find a seat in the Worship Center, where the ushers are standing by to assist you.
At all three locations of McLane Church, you’ll find gifted musicians, vocalists and worship leaders leading the congregation in singing praises to God in a musical style that you may be accustomed to hearing on the radio. Our teaching pastors preach from God’s Word, the Bible, in a relevant, life-changing way. You’ll be hearing the sermon surrounded by people who are dealing with real life issues and walking a similar faith journey as you.
